How long we take
We aim to reply within two to three business days. Copyright notices and privacy requests are treated as priority and are usually handled within 48 hours. If a week has passed with no reply, please send the message again — occasionally emails get filtered incorrectly.
Before you write to us, a few useful notes
If you are reporting an error in a story, please include the story title or link. It saves us both a round of emails.
If you believe a story resembles a real person or a real event, tell us specifically what concerns you. Our fiction is invented, but we take resemblance complaints seriously and we will look into every one.
If you want to submit your own writing, send a short outline first rather than a full manuscript. We do accept guest stories, but only original unpublished work.
We do not accept paid links, sponsored posts disguised as stories, or requests to include promotional content inside our fiction. Please do not send these — they will not be answered.
