1. Who we are
This website is operated by Rashid Awan, based in Pakistan, and publishes original fiction and story content under the name Flixu Tales. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Flixu Tales, and “you” refers to any person accessing the site.
2. Permitted use
You may read, enjoy and share links to our stories freely. You may quote a short extract for review, discussion or educational purposes, provided you credit Flixu Tales and link back to the original page.
3. What you may not do
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, translate, adapt, sell or redistribute our stories in whole or in substantial part without written permission. You may not scrape the site, use automated tools to harvest content, or use our stories to train commercial systems without our consent. You may not remove or alter our bylines or copyright notices. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with its operation, or upload malicious code. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual property
All stories, articles, headlines, images, graphics, logos and site design are the property of Flixu Tales and its writers, protected by copyright law. Nothing on this site transfers any ownership right to you.
5. Content is fiction
Our stories are works of fiction as set out in our Fiction Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. Nothing on this site is news reporting, factual reporting, or professional advice of any kind.
6. Comments and submissions
If you post a comment or submit a story, you confirm that the content is your own original work and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish, display and edit it. We may remove any comment that is abusive, defamatory, spam, off-topic, or in breach of these terms, without notice and without explanation.
7. Advertising
The site carries third-party advertising. We do not control or endorse advertised products or services. Any dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.
8. Availability
