DMCA and Copyright Policy

Flixu Tales respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. This page explains what to do if you believe copyright has been infringed — whether by us, or by someone copying us.

We publish original work only

Every story on this site is written for it. We do not host films, television shows, music, software, ebooks, or any downloadable or streamable media. We do not provide links to such material. If you have arrived here expecting that kind of content, this is the wrong website.

If you believe we have infringed your copyright

Send a written notice to copyright@bollyflixu.com containing all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf. A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. The exact URL on tales.bollyflixu.com where the allegedly infringing material appears. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Incomplete notices cannot be processed. Please include everything listed above.

What happens next

We acknowledge valid notices within 48 hours. Where the claim appears legitimate, the material is removed or disabled promptly, usually within two to three business days, and the writer is informed. Repeat infringement by any contributor results in permanent removal of their access.

Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

On receiving a valid counter-notice we may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed legal action.

If someone has copied our stories

Our stories are frequently copied. If you find our work republished elsewhere without permission — on a website, a Facebook page, a YouTube narration channel, or anywhere else — please tell us at copyright@bollyflixu.com with the link.

We pursue unauthorised republication of our stories through DMCA notices to the host, the platform and the search engine where necessary.

Fair use

Short quotations for the purpose of review, criticism, commentary or education are acceptable when accompanied by clear attribution and a link to the original story. Reproducing a full story, or a substantial part of one, is not fair use regardless of whether credit is given.

False claims

Submitting a knowingly false copyright claim carries legal consequences, including liability for damages and costs. Please be certain before filing.
