Information you give us directly

The only time we ask you for personal information is when you choose to send it. That happens when you use our contact form, email us, leave a comment on a story, or subscribe to updates if that option is available. In those cases we may receive your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message.

We use this information for one purpose only: to respond to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to marketing lists without your consent.

How long we keep information

Contact form messages and emails are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to earlier correspondence, then deleted. Comments remain published until you or we remove them. Analytics data is retained according to the standard retention period set in our analytics account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent you previously gave.

Readers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR. Readers in California have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information to anyone, in any jurisdiction.

Our stories do not link to external websites. Advertisements displayed on the site may lead elsewhere. Once you leave tales.bollyflixu.com, this policy no longer applies, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any other site.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the homepage. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
